Scholarships

ONE SCHOLARSHIP. A LEGACY OF GOOD WORKS.
The James Turner Story
As KDMVP's inaugural scholarship recipient, James represents the connection between educational opportunity, personal development, leadership, and service to others.
His journey—from scholarship recipient to student leader and restorative practitioner—illustrates how investing in one young man's potential can create opportunities to be a positve difference maker in the lives of others.
Investing in Potential. Advancing Purpose.
Opening Pathways.
Each year, KDMVP awards specialized career scholarships to support young men from underrepresented communities pursuing postsecondary education and careers in education, health, human services, and other helping professions.
Inspired by Kordero Hunter's dream of using his gifts and talents for a purpose greater than himself, these scholarships invest in the next generation of men who will use their knowledge, skills, and professional influence to empower others and strengthen communities.
Through education and expanded opportunities, KDMVP transforms young potential into purposeful careers—preparing the next generation of leaders to make a positive difference for generations to come.
