Train Up A Child ...The Way They Should Go ...

From Young Potential to Purpose

KDMVP Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization established by a community of helping professionals and the family of Kordero Hunter—a college athlete and aspiring psychologist with a dream to use his gifts and talents for a greater purpose beyond the field.

Originally founded in Chicago, Illinois, KDMVP is now based in Houston, Texas, continuing the commitment to young men and underrepresented communities.

Guided by the biblical principle, “Train up a child in the way they should go,” Kordero’s Dream: Men of Valuable Purpose (KDMVP) exists to close the representation gap in health and healing professions—carrying Kordero’s dream forward and ensuring that all men have the opportunity to win and thrive.

Abstract Gradient Design

We believe EVERY young man is born with the potential and capacity to thrive. However, when young men lack adequate support, guidance, and advocacy, their potential often goes undiscovered.

KDMVP empowers underrepresented young men for Good Works—strengthening families and communities through mentorship, leadership development, and scholarships for careers that heal and rebuild lives.

Rooted in the power of one life to change many, KDMVP empowers THE ONES to help the next generation thrive.
